First things first Read the Directions. I know most guys are against this basic necessity. It’s a macho thing. Once we have that out of the way you are ready to rock.

For purposes of this description we are going to call the place where the hidden Camera is stored-the ‘house’.

For a Wired Camera:

1. Turn on the Camera by connecting the male plug from the power supply to the female plug from the Camera labeled power. These plugs are wires arrival from the back of the camera.

2. Connect the cameras video output to your recording device. This is done by, connecting a Rca cable in the middle of the Female connector on the wires arrival from the back of the camera labeled video and the video input on the recording device.

3. If using a Vcr you may need to adjust the video input, see note below.

Note.

To set your Vcr Video Input.

1. After turning on your Vcr, join together it to the Tv using Coax or Rca type cables.

2. Then join together a cable in the middle of the Vcr Tv Out and the Tv “Antenna Input”.

3. Turn on your Tv and set it to channel 3.

4. Play any movie on your Vcr to check and make sure your Vcr is linked correctly.

5. Using the Vcr’s remote, go to “Au” (Auxiliary Input) mode or “Line In” mode usually found below channel 2. Other Vcr’s can get to “Au” mode by pressing the “Input” button on the remote.

For a Wireless Camera:

1. Turn on the camera / transmitter by plugging the power cord from the “house” into a wall outlet. The camera is powered internally and no other connections are needed.

2. If using a Vcr you may need to adjust the video input, see note below.

After the camera is connected, set up the Receiver.

1. Connect the receiver to the 12v power supply. This is the black box with a white arrow on it. On the side, turn the power switch to on. (Led Indicator should be on)

2. Connect the receiver video output to your recording device. This is done by, connecting the included Rca patch cord in the middle of the yellow connector on the front of the receiver and a video input on the recording device.

3. At this time you should be able to see the video images from the camera.

4. The camera theory has a 1000ft line of sight range. If the signal is not clear, move the receiver to see if the reception improves. The receiver has an “Arrow” on it and should be pointed in the general direction of the camera for best performance.

Note.
